Touring the Cheese & wine Country

i am in the San Francisco bay area at my brothers for a few days before i leave for Kauai. the weather here has been remarkable for the area, especially considering the month. 90° both yesterday and today and i haven't seen any 'fog'. i guess that will have to wait for the return trip.

today brother pat and his wife regina took me out to see some Cheese Factories in Marin county, and of course to taste some also. yum! we were a little late to see any of the production since it starts @ 4:00am, but we were given the 5¢ tour of the facilities and information on the procedures needed in the cheese making process. after the tour of course there was tasting and then buying! then back home the long way through beautiful hills and countryside. tomorrow i will spend the day with a longtime friend Karen Treat who only lives 35 minutes from my brother! how's that for good luck.

  1. Hi Sweetie,

Looks like you're having fun! I like Regina's raised flower beds. Glad to hear that its not 90 degrees anymore out there. Bye for now... gotta run, lots of chores to do.

  2. Well, not much activity here! :) I want to see some Hawaii pictures! How about some more pictures of Ashley's house, the neighborhood and the path to the beach (and of course the beach)! Thanks.
